From the moment the villa/apartment/apartment fee is paid to our account (via electronic transfer, money order, credit card “single withdrawal or installment”, cash or postal transfer, etc.), in case of cancellation, for reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full payment will be made. Since it is made as a prepayment to the villa owner, the entire prepayment amount (the amount stated as the villa prepayment on the villa reservation page is the prepayment made for that villa) will be lost. villa/flat/apartment. You must pay the remaining amount to us in cash upon entering the villa/apartment/apartment.
The customer can cancel the trip before it starts. Customer cancellation notification must be made in writing to SBA BUTLER TRAVEL AGENCY and notifications not made in writing will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, SBA BUTLER TRAVEL AGENCY will charge the customer a percentage of the total service fee specified in the travel contract to cover the travel-related arrangements and expenses incurred. These amounts were determined as follows.
Cancellation conditions;
a) The deposit sent for the reservation is non-refundable (the amount shown as the deposit for the villa on the villa reservation page is the deposit for that villa, it may also be the entire villa rental fee)
b) Up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the customer must pay the total travel fee due at the time of booking the rental house.
c) If this situation occurs between the 29th day before the start of the trip and the day the trip starts, or if the customer does not arrive at all, the customer must pay 100% of the travel cost.
If the customer voluntarily pays the full price of the villa/apartment/apartment/apartment (via electronic transfer, money order, cash or one-time credit card payment) to SBA BUTLER TRAVEL AGENCY, the payment date for the villa/apartment/apartment is up to 30 days. If the reservation is canceled, the amount paid (the amount due at the time of booking the rental house) will be forfeited. Because this fee was paid as an advance to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment. The remaining balance (excluding the house rent to be paid during reservation) will be refunded to the account number you specified. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. If the down payment amount for a villa is shown on the villa reservation page, this amount is the down payment for that villa. This rule applies if such villas have a payment other than the down payment. Money will be forfeited and no refund will be given.)

If your cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the check-in date of the villa/apartment/apartment, or if you do not enter the villa/apartment/apartment or do not stay in the villa/apartment/apartment at all, the total travel amount and the fee paid (if 100% paid) will not be refunded to the customer.
Financial losses, fees, etc. incurred by SBA BUTLER TRAVEL AGENCY, the State of the Republic of Turkey, the bank or banks due to chargebacks in payments made using credit cards. Such goods will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
If the villa/apartment/apartment reservation is canceled unilaterally by SBA BUTLER TRAVEL AGENCY for any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment/apartment in our portfolio for the same dates, it will be recommended to the customer. If the customer does not approve and does not fall within the scope of force majeure, the money received is returned to the customer. Villa Extra is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the cancellation of the Villa Extra reservation. Flight tickets, bus tickets, rental cars, boats, transfer services, etc. that the customer has previously purchased. also accommodation in hotel or hostel etc. accommodation fees etc. All kinds of details he paid, permissions he received from private companies or the state, etc. Villa Extra assumes no responsibility and assumes no liability regarding all details. If a villa/apartment/apartment reservation is canceled unilaterally by SBA BUTLER TRAVEL AGENCY without giving any reason, the situation will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible. If the customer has made a prepayment, the money received will be refunded to the customer.
