From the moment you pay the prepayment amount of the villa/apartment/apartment price deposited into our account (by EFT, or by Money Order, or by Credit Card “single payment or installment”, or in cash, or by Mail Order), your entire prepayment fee will be burned for cancellations made up to 30 days before your check-in date to the villa/apartment/apartment, because all of this payment has been made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment. You must pay the remaining amount to us in advance at the entrance to the villa/apartment/apartment. The customer can cancel their trip before the trip starts. It is obligatory for the customer to make the cancellation notification to VILLA PLANET in writing, and notifications that are not made in writing cannot be accepted.In case of cancellation, VILLA PLANET will receive a certain percentage of the total costs of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the measures and expenses taken by VILLA PLANET in relation to the trip. These amounts are determined as follows. Cancellation policy; a) The deposit sent for the reservation is non-refundable.b) If it is up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, the customer will pay 35% of the total travel price, c) The deposit sent for the reservation will be refunded, c) The deposit sent for the reservation will be refunded. If it happens within days, the customer will pay 50% of the total cost of the trip,d) 22 days before the start of the trip. And 16. If it is within days, the customer must pay 75% of the total travel cost, e) If it is between the 15th day before the start of the trip and the day of the start of the trip, or if the customer does not show up at all, the customer must pay 100% of the travel cost. In the event that the customer pays the full price of the villa/apartment/apartment to VILLA PLANET (by EFT or money order, in cash or by credit card in case of a single payment), 35% (thirty-five percent) of the price paid will be burned in the cancellations made from the moment of payment until 30 days before the villa/apartment/apartment. The remaining 65% (sixty-five percent) will be returned to the account number you will report. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. Because 35% (thirty-five percent) of this price was made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment. If you cancel your reservation, you will have to check in to the villa/apartment/apartment on the 23rd 29.ve before the start of the trip. If it happens within days, 50% of the total travel cost will be burned. The 22nd and 16th before the start of the trip. If it happens within days, 75% of the total cost of the trip will be burned and the remaining balance will be refunded to an account number you provide, and the shipping costs will be deducted from this money. Because; There is very little time left for the accommodation date. Therefore, it is very unlikely to be rented to another customer. If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 15 days or less before the date of entry into the villa/apartment/apartment, or if you do not check in to the villa/apartment/apartment and there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment/apartment, the total travel fee you have paid will not be refunded to the customer. Burdens such as material damages, commission fees, etc., which will arise or will arise due to the return of payments made by credit card, to be imposed on the VILLA PLANET by the Republic of Turkey, the bank or banks, are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer. If, for any reason, the reservation of the villa/apartment/apartment is canceled by VİLLA PLANET, this will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be recommended to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the “force majeure” clause, the money received will be returned to the customer. In addition, the entire deposit paid for some of our villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment internet detail page) and the total rental price of villas/apartments/apartments specific to these villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment internet detail page; for villas/apartments/apartments where the villa rental fee must be paid in full 30 days before the reservation date) is collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fee will be refunded. In the event that the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, VILLA PLANET reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the fee already paid and to make another reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment. Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (by e-mail or in writing via registered letter with return receipt, whatsapp). Cancellations made by talking to the phone are absolutely not valid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment the letter reaches the hands of VILLA PLANET. Reservation confirmation of the villa/apartment/apartment with the express declaration of the parties to this contract, including in cases of termination of the contract due to a reason arising from the customer’s fault or without duly written notice
